ARRIVAL & CHECK-IN
All participants should check in at the clubhouse before heading onto the lake.
UNLOADING & PARKING
Anglers may drive down the designated access road to unload their ice-fishing equipment near the Multi-Lakes dock.
After unloading, vehicles must return to the clubhouse parking area.
ACCESS TO REED LAKE
Follow the drive between the clubhouse and baseball diamond toward the designated lake entrance near the dock.
Lake access is walk-on only. No motor vehicles, ATVs, or snowmobiles are permitted on the ice.
Come prepared for a great day on the ice! Whether you're a seasoned angler or joining your first derby, a little preparation goes a long way.

Ice fishing rods, reels, and tackle
Preferred bait — Live bait provided courtesy of Lakes Area Bait Shop
Ice auger or equipment for drilling holes
Bucket, portable chair, or fishing shelter
Fish container for transporting catches to weigh-in
CLOTHING & COMFORT
Warm, layered winter clothing
Insulated, waterproof boots
Gloves, hat, and extra dry clothing
Hand warmers and other cold-weather essentials
SAFETY & ESSENTIALS
Ice picks, traction cleats, and flotation equipment
Fully charged mobile phone
Valid Michigan fishing license, if required
Drinking water and personal necessities
